Common pricing questions

Do you restrict features with a free trial?
There are no restrictions during the free trial. Feel free to create as many customers, job addresses, certificates, records, quotes and invoices as you like. This ensures you can explore both the breadth and depth of our software.
What happens when my trial ends?
To keep using your Gas Engineer Software, once your trial is over, all you need to do is add a credit card when prompted the next time you sign into your account. Your account won’t skip a beat.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
There are no contracts or commitments.
We make it easy to start and stop at any time without penalty.

If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to all features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to all features.

If you need to export your data you can easily do this within the web portal. We can also export all your certificates, records, estimates, quotes and invoices for you if required.

Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.
Is support free?
Our software is designed to be easy to use. However if you have to call us or require any additional help there’s no extra charge. Support is free.
Can we add more users at a later date?
If you want to pay for an extra engineer/user you can easily do this within the app at anytime. For example, if you originally paid for 5 engineers but wanted to add another 1, just pay extra and you’re ready to go. Equally if you want to delete an engineer/user then you can simply disable that user and you’ll receive a refund.
Can I receive free online training?

Yes! We have created an entire library of help articles and we’ll also personally 1-on-1 onboard you with a demo if you want it. Not to mention, Gas Engineer Software is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use!

Can I get invoices for my payments?
Invoices are sent with every successful payment via email to the registered email address. They can also be downloaded from your dashboard, once you are signed in.
